Pennsylvania Democrat Congressman Christopher M. Rabb to Introduce Legislation that Would Force Sterilization on Men After Their 3rd Child or After Their 40th Birthday

Is this a valuable use of American taxpayer dollars?

Pennsylvanian Congressman Christopher M. Rabb has detailed in a memo released October 2nd that he plans to introduce legislation that would force men to become sterilized within 6 weeks from having their 3rd child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first.

“Therefore, I will be introducing legislation that will require all inseminators to undergo vasectomies within 6 weeks from having their third child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first.”

Additionally, this legislation would offer $10,000 rewards for reporting men who do not comply with the statute within the 6-week timeframe.

“This legislation will also empower Pennsylvanians to enforce this new law by offering a $10,000 reward for reporting to the proper authorities those scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted timeframe.”

Finally, this legislation would allow Pennsylvanian women to sue for unwanted pregnancies against men who wrongfully conceive a child with them.

“Further, this legislation will allow Pennsylvanians to take civil action for unwanted pregnancies against inseminators who wrongfully conceive a child with them.”

“My forthcoming bill will codify the definition of #wrongfulconception to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing #conception during intercourse.”
