Trump took to Truth Social to announce a ceasefire between Iran and Israel. According to early reports, Iran denied the ceasefire. However, both states later acknowledged it. It took effect at midnight EST.
Later on, he commanded Israel not to drop bombs after the ceasefire began.
Trump told reporters that he was upset with Iran and Israel. He stated that both nations violated the ceasefire. Iran launched missiles into Israel. Israel conducted strikes on Iran.
IAF stated that they intercepted two unmanned drones from Iran.
The Trump admin. previously boasted about America’s strikes on Iran, dubbed Operation Midnight Hammer. However, reports suggest that the US government exaggerated the success of its strikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities.
